Return Policy
Please note that Jenni Kayne charges a $12 restocking fee for all US returns, which will be deducted from your refund. We do not charge the restocking fee for customers who choose the store credit option during the returns process or opt for an exchange. All returns to Jenni Kayne stores are complimentary. For online returns or exchanges, visit returns.jennikayne.com to submit your return and receive your prepaid FedEx return label.
We accept unused item(s) for a refund to the original form of payment within 21 days of order delivery—unless otherwise noted. Return packages postmarked 21 to 30 days from delivery will be eligible for a refund in the form of a gift card. Please note that you will have seven days after submitting your return to drop off your package at any FedEx location.
Returns or exchanges from different orders cannot be combined—please ship back returns from separate orders individually and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation. All furniture, apothecary, intimates, gift cards, Jenni Kayne Home Memberships, sale items, and international orders are final sale.
Please note that any shoes with a worn sole will not be accepted for return. If you’re unsure if these are the ones for you, please try on a soft surface.
Transactions made during gift-with-purchase promotions or noted as final sale in promotional terms are final sale unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our refund policy. Gift-with-purchase promotions featuring items of a lower value or that auto-apply to your cart may be eligible for returns.
Outside of final sale items, orders placed from 10/24/25 through 12/10/25 will qualify for our extended holiday return policy. Returns on items purchased within this window will be accepted through 1/9/26.

In-Store Return Process
Online orders may now be returned to any of our retail stores. To return an online order in-store, bring the item(s) and your invoice to any Jenni Kayne store. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. You must follow the guidelines in our return policy and have your invoice with you at the time of return. Please note we are unable to process an exchange in-store.
Exchange Policy
We are pleased to offer free exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of order delivery—unless otherwise noted.
To begin an exchange, visit returns.jennikayne.com and select the items you wish to exchange. Please note, at this time, we only offer direct exchanges for different sizes or colors (of equal value) of the same style.
We offer both instant exchanges and standard exchanges. Instant exchanges require your credit card information to be entered at the time of your exchange request. Once your exchange request is submitted, we will begin processing your order. Please note that you will have 14 days after submitting your instant exchange request to drop off your package at any FedEx location to avoid being charged for the requested exchange items. Should your return not be received by FedEx by the 14 day, we will charge the card on file the balance due for the exchange order.
Standard exchanges do not require a credit card at the time of exchange. Once your exchange request has been created, please drop off your return package with FedEx within 7 days. Once FedEx has scanned in the return package, your exchange order will begin processing.
Exchange orders cannot be combined—please ship back items from separate orders individually and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.
Please note all other terms of our return policy apply to exchange orders. Exchange orders are not eligible for further exchanges and are subject to our standard return policy. Exchange inventory is subject to availability.
International Shipping Policy
Orders shipping to Mexico and Canada will ship via FedEx International Economy.
International orders shipping to all other eligible destinations will be shipped via FedEx International Priority.
We cannot offer expedited shipping for International orders at this time.
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours of receipt.
International shipping has a flat rate of $35, but packages will be subject to duties and taxes. Some packages may also receive additional charges if they extend beyond average weight parameters.
Duties and taxes are calculated based on: item(s) ordered, total dollar amount of order, and country of delivery.
Duties, taxes and additional custom fees are not included at the time of checkout. Customers are responsible for paying all duties and fees and will be charged at the time of order delivery.
All orders shipping outside the US are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Jenni Kayne cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
Countries We Ship To and Shipping Rates
At this time we are able to ship to Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Please note we are unable to ship to Puerto Rico. Orders shipping to Mexico and Canada will ship via FedEx International Ground.

Eligible Items to Ship Internationally
At this time we are only able to ship Clothing, Shoes, Slippers, Pillows, Tablecloths, Napkins, Blankets, & Handbags. Oak Essentials, Furniture, and all other items are excluded from International Shipping.
International Returns
All orders shipping outside the US are final sale and cannot be returned. Please note that your order may encounter shipping delays from FedEx. Jenni Kayne cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
Furniture Policy
By purchasing Jenni Kayne furniture, you agree to all Jenni Kayne purchasing terms. Jenni Kayne furniture is final sale. It is the customer’s responsibility to accurately measure their space and account for furniture sizing before placing their order. All furniture specifications can be found under the Design Details on the product page on JenniKayne.com. Our customer service team will answer any additional questions. All furniture is inspected upon the completion of production and again upon departure from the Jenni Kayne warehouse to the customer. We kindly ask that you inspect the piece upon arrival and notify Jenni Kayne of any damages within 48 hours of delivery. If there are no damages upon receipt, the receiver will be asked to sign for the order before the driver leaves.
Jenni Kayne is not responsible for any damage to orders delivered to a location that varies from the physical address of where the furniture will be placed. If delivered to a third-party warehouse or needs to be moved after the piece has been placed and signed for, you accept all responsibility.Most of our larger furniture pieces are delivered via a third party delivery service with a delivery transit time of 1-3 weeks.
Jenni Kayne will send a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped with tracking information. Please note that we are unable to hold any furniture items for delivery at a later date. We kindly ask that you be ready to accept delivery at the time you place your order.
For furniture purchased through our Interior Design Services, shipping costs will be determined at the time of purchase with your designer.
At this time we do not ship furniture to Alaska, Hawaii, or to international addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Rug Shipping and Return Policy
All 2’x3’ rugs ship FedEx for $25, while remaining rugs 7’x10’ and under ship FedEx Ground for $100. All rugs larger than 7'x10' are considered oversized, will incur a $250 shipping fee, and will ship via White Glove delivery. Rugs larger than 9’x12’ ship White Glove for $250 and will have a lead time of 1-3 weeks.
Please note, we offer free returns for all 2’x3’, 6’x9’, and 5’x8’ rugs. All rugs shipped via white glove (7’x10’ and larger) will be charged a $250 restock fee. Rugs returned must be in original condition, unused.
We reserve the right to deny a refund or store credit if the rug(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
